What a beautiful store - and Shari was so helpful ! ❤️ My elderly mother was looking for new carpet for her stairs and knew exactly what she wanted. Shari met us at the door and made the whole process so smooth and simple. She was wonderful and understood how to work with my mother. She really knows her carpets. They sent someone to measure it the next day and the installer will come and install it in a few weeks. Highly recommend the store - and Shari. (Note: probably not the place for those on a small budget)

We’re very happy with our Danish chair in a custom fabric. Our sales person, Sook, was very helpful and professional. She replied promptly to all enquiries and thoughtfully considered and critiqued our choices. The process would have been easier if Elte’s policy allowed a fabric sample to be borrowed for a day.

Went to Elte because the duvet I wanted to purchase was now 60% off. But when I got there, the price of the duvet had gone up $245. So if I purchased it with the 60% off, I’d be paying the same price as before the sale. Scammers!! I told the sales woman I had a quote from them prior to the sale that was $245 less than the sale price and she just apologized.

Elte has been a design destination for decades. Carpets and area rugs with thousands of selections. Unique furniture and endless lighting and accessories abound. Expert assistance from associates in all categories of design. Another excellent addition to Elte is their own Cafe. The Chef prepares a daily selection of delicious blends of soups, sandwiches & pizza. Each with unique flavors. We make the Elte Cafe a part of a design/shopping experience!

I purchased two "Ian" club chairs in Tuscany Stone for $2048.69! I was told they were real leather, which was also clearly indicated by the high price!! These chairs are BONDED LEATHER and are BOTH PEELING despite limited use!!! Again, I paid over $1000 for EACH CHAIR! These chairs were on sale for this price too.... the ELTE regular price was $1295 + tax!! Real leather does not peel like this (see the photographs I have provided). DO NOT BUY FROM ELTE FURNITURE!!

Went to the new cafe today. Really awful. No table service. Greens in the salad were old, wilted. Meatballs were like rock, although the tomatoe sauce was nice. Buy the furniture but don’t eat here.

Yes it's a high end furniture store, and yes they have an Elte Market where you can get things cheaper. But if you want good quality furniture that is well made, good design, fits you properly and is made to last, this is the spot for you. My husband is 6'6" so finding a chair that isn't super low to the ground or that is deep enough so he can sit in it with support is no easy feat. We went to and found 1 potential chair that would work (sort of) at Pottery Barn and Elte Market. We then tried UpCountry and a number if spots around Caledonia Rd. We thought we'd just look in Elte and were blown away by the difference in quality and the wide selection they have. Chairs on sale were less than Pottery Barn and Elte Market. Great store -- check it out!

Elte showroom is full of spectacular opulence. It is more of a design store than a furniture store. Staff is kind and helpful. I needed something specific and without a doubt they delivered!
